Worst Criminals: Burglars Used Permanent Marker To Cover Their Faces And…

 In 2009 around Halloween time, Joye Miller and Matthew McNeely tried breaking into an apartment in their hometown Carroll, Iowa. This happens to be a small town with approximately 10,000 people so it’s no surprise everyone not only knows everyone but also knows what everyone’s car looks like. The unfortunate burglars were pulled over and arrested, and that’s when the police realized they were wearing…hm, “disguise”.

 Apparently, Joye and Matthew hadn’t bothered to get masks (which would have been particularly easy that time of year) but just blackened their faces with a permanent marker instead. Nothing else to say, the photo speak for themselves.
